This policy explains what information the LW Xpress mobile app collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. LW Xpress is operated by Entry Shield Inc. ("we," "us," or "our").

LW Xpress is a job management tool for tracking building entry-shield installations. It is provided to people through the organization they work with. In most cases that organization creates your account and controls the job records you can see. If you have questions about how your organization uses the app, contact them directly.

Information we collect

Account information. The username and password used to sign in. Passwords are stored in a hashed form, not as plain text.
Content you create. Jobs, buildings, and entries you record in the app, including details such as measurements, quantity, package, tint, and any names or notes you enter.
Photos. Images you capture with your device camera or attach from your photo library to document a job. These are uploaded to our servers and associated with the relevant entry.
Technical information. Basic information needed to operate the app reliably, such as device and app version details and error information when something goes wrong.

Camera and photo access

The app requests access to your camera and photo library so you can attach project photos to job entries. These permissions are used only for that purpose. You can decline or change them in your device settings, though some features will not work without them.

How we use information

To provide the core functionality of recording, organizing, and exporting job data.
To authenticate you and keep your session secure.
To operate, maintain, and troubleshoot the app.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

How information is stored and shared

Your data is stored on servers we control and is kept separate by organization. We share information only with service providers that help us run the app (for example, hosting and app update delivery), and only as needed for them to perform those services. We may disclose information if required by law.

Data retention

We keep job records and associated photos for as long as your organization's account is active or as needed to provide the service. Your organization may request deletion of records it controls.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including hashed passwords and access controls that limit data to your organization. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

Because accounts are managed by the organization that provisioned them, requests to access, correct, or delete your information are usually handled through that organization. You can also contact us using the details below and we will work with your organization to respond.

Children

LW Xpress is a workplace tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above.
